COVID-19 FAQ

COVID-19 FAQ

Is my holiday going ahead?

As long as we are allowed to open then your holiday will continue as normal.    We are being led by the Government and will keep you updated as to when we will re-open.

Can I move my holiday to next year?

Yes, of course, if your holiday falls within the date that we have been asked to remain closed, please email us to confirm that you wish to move your holiday to next year.   Your change of date will not be subject to the normal administration fee however there may be a difference in the cost if you change the dates or property.

Changing dates are subject to availability, our website has the most up to date availability so please check this before emailing your requirements.

Can I change my dates to later this year?

Yes of course, if the properties are available, it would be subject to any change in holiday amount, but still, no administration fee would be due.   We will also need this in writing so please email with your requirements and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Will I be charged an administration fee?

If your holiday is within the lockdown period, there is no admin fee due.

Will I lose my deposit?

No of course not, we can move your deposit to another date for you, if you do not know your date, please let us know and we can issue a voucher for you to use against a future booking up to the end of 2022.

Will the properties be safe to go into when we are able to Travel?

We will follow all government guidelines regarding cleaning and disinfecting all properties and dayboats when we re-open.  Please see our Covid-19 Policy for details of this.

If I have a voucher how long is it valid for?

All vouchers are valid until the end of 2022.

If I have Booking Protect on my holiday will it be transferred to my new dates?

Yes, Booking Protect have advised they will transfer all cover onto a future holiday, this is subject to any changes in the cost of the holiday though so there may be extra to pay if the holiday you move to is more than the original amount.

Do I have to pay my balance when it is due?

When we are permitted to open all holidays will continue as normal and be subject to standard terms and conditions, therefore your holiday needs to be paid under standard terms and conditions.

If I make a new booking and we go back into Lockdown, what happens to my deposit?

All deposits will be moved over to a future booking.

We are trying to call but cannot get through?

We are here but operating with the bare minimum staff and working from home. Please either leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can or alternatively, you can email us and we will reply as soon as we can. Please be patient we are working tirelessly at the moment to contact everyone.

Will I get a refund if I cannot book alternative dates?

If the government puts the country back into lockdown in the first instance we ask that you try and rebook your dates or take a voucher to the amount you have paid, if neither of these are suitable then a refund will be issued. Booking Protect is a non-refundable product, if this was purchased when you made your booking I’m afraid we are unable to refund this.
