The Annex although attached the main house is a totally self-contained cottage in the small village of Ludham with all your home from home comforts needed for your stay. A short 5-10 min walk from Womack Staithe. Although you are not located right on the water, a short wander up a quiet lane and you can sit and feed the ducks, grab a coffee from the local shop and enjoy the comings and goings. There is also day boat hire at Womack Staithe for those that wish to take to the water for the day. Perfectly located as a base for you to explore the Norfolk Broads and surrounding towns and village.

Ludham village, itself a short drive away (5 mins), has a delicatessen and village shop, Throwers of Ludham, Alfresco Tea Rooms, your local Ludham Butcher and of course the local pub The Kings Arms who serve a wonderful carvery. It’s a lovely chocolate box village with pretty thatched houses and a large church to explore.

This property is attached to the owners’ house however it is totally self-contained. You have use of the garden area which again is private. Garden furniture is also provided.
